The flotation machine is mainly composed of a flotation tank, a mixing device, an aeration device, a mineralized foam unloading device, a motor, etc.
Flotation machine: It has a slurry inlet and a gate device for adjusting the slurry surface. It is mainly composed of a tank body welded with steel plates and a gate welded with steel plates and round steel.
Mixing device: It is mainly composed of pulleys, impellers, vertical shafts, etc., used to mix the slurry and prevent the ore sand from settling in the unit.
Aeration device: It consists of an air inlet pipe. When the impeller rotates, negative pressure is generated in the impeller cavity, so the air is sucked in through the hollow pump tube and dispersed in the slurry to form bubble clusters.
Mineralized foam discharge device: This device is mainly composed of a motor, a reducer and a scraper to scrape out the foam floating on the surface of the cell.

Ore particles with good floatability attach to the bubbles to form mineralized foam. While those with poor floatability cannot attach to the bubbles, but remain in the bubbles and are discharged from the flotation machine as tailings.
