7. Selection Guide and FAQ

Q1: How to choose a grinding machine?

  • High hardness materials (Mohs 7-8): ball mill is preferred

  • Medium hardness fine processing: Raymond mill is selected

  • Ultrafine powder demand (>1000 mesh): configure high-efficiency powder grinder + airflow classifier

Q2: How to deal with excessive humidity?

  • Integrated drum dryer (moisture content can be reduced from 15% to 1%)

  • Heat source optional gas/steam/electric heating (temperature adjustable 50-300℃)

Q3: How to adjust if the fineness does not meet the standard?

  • Classifier speed: Every increase of 100rpm will increase the fineness by about 50 meshes

  • System air volume: A 20% decrease in air volume will increase the fineness by 1 grade
