Process
Primary crushing
Mobile jaw crusher for coarse crushing, hydraulic adjustment of discharge opening (50-150mm)
Unique "V-shaped" crushing chamber design, handles sticky and wet materials without clogging
Medium and fine crushing
Mobile impact crusher completes secondary crushing.
Equipped with heavy rotor and multi-stage crushing chamber, the finished product cube content is >90%.
Finished product screening
Three-layer vibrating screen accurately classifies and produces 4 types of aggregates.
Excess stone powder is converted into machine-made sand (fineness modulus 2.6-3.2) through an additional module.
