Mr. Wang's stone quarry was established in May 2018. After three years of development, it has become an important local supplier of sand and gravel aggregates. Solution design and configuration

Limestone is a medium-low hardness rock (Mohs hardness 3-4), and the crushing process is relatively simple. According to Mr. Wang's production capacity requirements (500-600 tons/hour), site conditions and finished product specifications (0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm), we designed a "jaw crusher + impact crusher" efficient crushing solution for him to ensure low energy consumption, high output, and reduce operating costs.

Process flow

Feeding stage: Raw materials (≤700mm) enter the vibrating feeder (ZSW600×180) from the silo and are evenly fed into the jaw crusher (PE-1200×1500) for coarse crushing to 150-250mm.

Medium and fine crushing stage: The coarsely crushed stones are conveyed by conveyors into two impact crushers (PF-1315) for fine crushing, and the output particle size is controlled at 0-30mm.

Screening stage: The crushed materials are graded by vibrating screen (3YK3072) to obtain four kinds of finished products: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-30mm. Unqualified materials are returned to the impact crusher for re-crushing, and qualified finished products are conveyed by conveyor to the finished product pile or loaded on trucks for transportation.
