Preheating decomposition section (200-800℃):

Remove crystal water, γ-Al₂O₃ conversion rate ≥95%

Integrated SCR denitrification system, NOx emission <50mg/m³

Crystal conversion section (1200-1450℃):

Precise temperature control in six temperature zones, α-Al₂O₃ conversion rate ≥99.5%

The kiln body adopts gradient composite refractory material, which prolongs its service life by 3 times

Ultra-fast cooling and shaping

High-temperature materials enter the quenching unit and cool from 1450℃ to 200℃ within 10 seconds

Nitrogen protection prevents the formation of β phase, and the grain size uniformity CV value is <5%
