Ultra-clean treatment of raw materials
Aluminum hydroxide is cleaned with nanobubbles to remove Na⁺, K⁺ plasma (residual amount<80ppm)>
Use supersonic airflow crushing pretreatment, D90 particle size ≤15μm
Step calcination control
Preheating decomposition section (200-800℃):
Remove crystal water, γ-Al₂O₃ conversion rate ≥95%

Crystal conversion section (1200-1450℃):
