Tan Sri Lim from Johor, Malaysia is a well-known local building materials entrepreneur. He has established long-term cooperation with ZOOMJO GROUP since 2018 and has purchased 3 HP600 hydraulic cone crushers and 2 VSI1260 sand making machines for its sand and gravel aggregate export business. In 2022, Tan Sri Lim once again commissioned ZOOMJO GROUP to design a 300-400 tons per hour granite crushing production line for him, and said: "ZOOMJO GROUP's equipment is still stable in the high temperature and high humidity environment in Southeast Asia, and the after-sales service responds quickly. Production process
Coarse crushing stage:
The granite raw materials are evenly fed into the PE110 jaw crusher through the ZSW600×150 heavy-duty vibrating feeder and crushed to 150-200mm.
Secondary crushing stage
After coarse crushing, the material is crushed by HP600 hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing, which adopts the principle of lamination crushing and the particle size of the material is controlled at 30-50mm.
Screening and closed-circuit circulation

Qualified aggregates are transported to the finished product pile
Exceeding-standard materials are automatically returned to the cone crusher for further crushing
